From the Booking Desk:

Besides the things that are listed on the official Bouchercon schedule (which can be found here), there are always other happenings before and during the convention. Many of these events are invitation only, but there are a fair amount of things that are open to everyone and I thought I would compile a partial list.

Keep in mind that this is in no way intended to be a listing of all these types of side-events, but only ones I currently know about or for which people have reached out and asked me to include. Other events will no doubt pop up, so keep your ears open when on the convention floor, read any updated website information and social media outlets, and generally just let destiny takes it course – or you can follow the crowds.  😉

From the Booking Desk:

You will notice that I did not list the BOLO Books Soirée (Wednesday 6:00-7:00PM). This is because based on received messages this event has reached capacity. If you reached out after the first Facebook post about this event to show interest, you have been counted and will get information early next week once I have feet on the ground in NOLA and can do some reconnoitering of the logistics. I appreciate all the support the crime fiction community has given to BOLO Books and look forward to seeing everyone during Bouchercon.
