From the Booking Desk:

First I receive the Mystery Writers of America Raven Award for 2018, then I am asked by Ellery Queen Mystery Magazine to continue the Blog Bytes Column, and now I am nominated for an Anthony Award. Whose life am I living???

If ever there was proof to the adage that hard work eventually pays off, I am the walking, talking embodiment of it.

The committee for Bouchercon St. Petersburg (September 2018) added Best Online Content to the Anthony Award list, which again shows that the industry really does understand the value of non-print media outlets. I am honestly a fan of every one of my other nominees and will be happy no matter who walks away with this award. This is a case where it truly is an honor to be nominated. There are so many wonderful online resources for Crime Fiction readers, so I feel blessed that the attendees of Bouchercon enjoyed BOLO Books enough to put it on this list. Thank you to everyone who nominated – not just me, but who nominated anything that made the final list.

Congratulations to all the nominees in every category. See you in St. Pete!
