From the Booking Desk:
Bouchercon 2018 in St. Petersburg, Florida will be my tenth Bouchecon. I have only missed one since my first Bouchercon in Baltimore. Every year, it feels like a family reunion: visiting with those that I only get to see once or twice a year; meeting new authors and blog fans; and volunteering to help within a community that has given me so much love, joy, and support. Crime fiction folks are my tribe and I am proud to be amongst you all. As we head into this year’s convention, I wanted to share some blog posts from the history of BOLO Books as they relate to not only the 2018 Guests of Honors, but also those authors who are represented on the panel I am moderating this year. Hopefully, this will lead you to explore authors you might not know or remind you why it is that you love the ones you do know.

From the Booking Desk:
What this demonstrates is that while BOLO Books has been on the scene for quite a while now, no one blogger can cover every aspect of our crime fiction tribe. There are still folks I have yet to review and as you can see, I don’t review *every* book by anyone. My goal has always been to spread the love and I will continue to do so. The fact that BOLO Books is nominated for an Anthony Award in the Best Online Content category at this year’s Bouchercon in St. Petersburg tells me that readers appreciate what I am doing, so I plan to keep doing exactly what I have done from the beginning – celebrate the joy of reading and my love of the written word. Thank you for taking this journey with me!
Have fun…post pix!
You know it!
BOLO Books is THE BEST!
Always love those unbiased opinions. 😉
You understand why I cannot attend, but know that I will miss being there and meeting up with my B’con family. Have a great panel, and have a cocktail for me I will checking for both your a Dru Ann’s reports. ❤️
We will miss you Ann, but I completely understand. Hopefully, we are on our way to changing that “issue” and you can return to the States soon. (Fingers crossed)
This will be my first Bouchercon. I look forward to meeting you!
I just know that you are going to have a wonderful time and I look forward to meeting you as well, Deborah.
I hope you have as much fun as I did last year at my first Bouchercon
